Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the ht555 platform. By registering an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:
2.1 Access to ht555 and the creation of a User account is available only to individuals who satisfy all of the following conditions:
2.2 ht555 operates a strict one account per person policy. Each individual may hold only one registered account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different devices — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being suspended, with balances subject to forfeiture pending investigation.
2.3 During registration and at any subsequent time, ht555 reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity and age (KYC documentation), including but not limited to a copy of a valid government-issued CNIC, passport, or driving licence. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals.
2.4 By registering an ht555 account, you represent and warrant that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current. You accept ongoing responsibility for keeping your account information up to date.
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your ht555 login credentials, including your username and password. ht555 strongly recommends using a unique password not used on any other platform and enabling any two-factor authentication options made available on your account.
3.2 You must not disclose your password to any other person. ht555 will never contact you to request your password via any channel. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to ht555 immediately at [email protected].
3.3 You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs on your account, including bets placed, deposits made, and any changes to account settings, regardless of whether such activity was carried out by you personally. ht555 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to secure your credentials.
3.4 Your ht555 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or gifted to any other person, whether or not for consideration.
4.1 All account balances at ht555 are maintained in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed in PKR. Where a Player uses an internationally denominated payment method (such as USDT TRC20, Skrill, or Neteller), conversion will be applied at the applicable exchange rate at the time of the transaction.
4.2 The following deposit and withdrawal methods are currently accepted by ht555:
4.3 ht555 reserves the right to require that withdrawals be processed through the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in order to comply with anti-money laundering obligations. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times are displayed in the Cashier section of the Platform and may be updated from time to time.
4.4 Withdrawals are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. ht555 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of identity verification, enhanced due diligence, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
4.5 ht555 does not accept deposits from credit cards or third-party accounts. Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Funds deposited from accounts belonging to another person will be returned where possible, and the ht555 account may be suspended.
4.6 Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once wagering has commenced. Players should contact ht555 support at [email protected] immediately if a deposit error is identified before funds are staked.
5.1 All bets and wagers placed on ht555 are subject to the individual game and sport-specific rules published within the Platform. In the event of a conflict between a general term in this document and a sport or game-specific rule, the specific rule will prevail.
5.2 ht555 reserves the right to void any bet or wager placed under the following circumstances:
5.3 All RNG (Random Number Generator) casino games at ht555 use certified random number generation software. Game outcomes are independent of previous results and cannot be predicted or manipulated by any party, including ht555.
5.4 In the event of a disconnection or technical failure during a live casino session or sports bet, ht555 will apply the following approach: for casino games, the outcome of the round in progress at the time of disconnection will stand where it has been recorded by the game server; for pending sports bets, the bet remains valid and the recorded odds at the time of placement will apply to the final outcome.
6.1 ht555 may, at its discretion, offer bonuses, free bets, or other promotional incentives to registered Players. The specific terms governing each promotion — including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, and expiry periods — will be published alongside the relevant promotion.
6.2 Bonus funds are not immediately withdrawable. Bonus funds must be wagered in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements before any portion of the bonus balance (and any winnings derived from bonus funds) may be withdrawn as real money.
6.3 ht555 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable consumer protection obligations. Bonuses already credited to an account remain subject to the terms in force at the time of crediting.
6.4 Systematic exploitation of bonus offers — including but not limited to multi-accounting, collusion between players, or the use of automated software to clear wagering requirements — constitutes prohibited conduct under Section 7 and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of bonus balances.
7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ht555 Platform:
7.2 ht555 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and regulators in Pakistan and internationally. Any Player found to be engaging in illegal conduct in connection with their use of ht555 may be reported to the relevant authorities.
8.1 ht555 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
8.2 Upon closure of an account in good standing (i.e., where closure is not the result of a breach or investigation), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their preferred withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
8.3 Players wishing to voluntarily close their account should contact ht555 support at [email protected]. Self-exclusion options are also available directly within account settings and take effect immediately upon activation.
9.1 All content on the ht555 Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and the ht555 brand name — is the exclusive property of ht555 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ht555 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any ht555 content.
9.3 Unauthorised use of any ht555 intellectual property, including use of the ht555 brand name, logo, or game content in any form without prior written consent, constitutes infringement and may result in legal action.
10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ht555 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Platform, including but not limited to:
10.2 ht555 does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary inaccessibility to all or part of the Platform. ht555 will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where practicable.
10.3 Nothing in these Terms limits ht555's liability for death or personal injury arising from negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11.1 ht555 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe environment for all Users. The Platform includes the following responsible gaming tools, available to all registered Players via their account settings:

Where changes are material, ht555 will provide notice to registered Users via the Platform or by email to the address registered on the User's account, with a minimum notice period of seven (7) days before the amended terms take effect.
12.2 Your continued use of the ht555 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept an amendment, you should cease using the Platform and contact ht555 support to arrange account closure.
13.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with generally recognised principles of international online gaming law. Where disputes arise between ht555 and a registered User, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith direct negotiation via the ht555 support channel.
13.2 ht555 does not make any representation that the services offered are legal in all jurisdictions. It is the sole responsibility of each User to determine whether their use of the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction.
